  How do I activate my Syfty license?

After install, open the Syfty Config Tool in Genetec Security Center and paste the serial number from your order confirmation email into the License section. The activation completes against the Syfty license server within a few seconds.

  Where do I download the installer?

Active customers can grab the latest installer from the Customer Portal → Downloads. You'll only see releases for products you're licensed for.

  Which Genetec versions are supported?

The Syfty AI Plugin is built and tested against Genetec Security Center 5.12, 5.13, and 5.14. Check the release notes for your version for any minor-version-specific notes.

  How do per-camera licenses work?

The base plugin license enables the integration. Each camera that runs AI analytics requires one SyftyAICam license. You can add or remove camera licenses as your deployment grows.

  My service won't start — what do I send to support?

The fastest path to a fix is the logs at C:\ProgramData\Syfty\logs\ and the install manifest at C:\Program Files\Syfty\install-manifest.json. Zip those up and attach them to a reply once we've opened your ticket — or paste the most recent error lines into the form below.
